I ordered a swimsuit from IVY Swimwear it looked good when it first arrived. The fit was nice at the start and I thought it might be a solid buy.
After I washed it, though, the fabric and elastic started losing their shape. I followed the care label, so it was frustrating that it suddenly didn’t fit the same anymore.
For me, this one was kind of hit or miss, but mostly a miss because I expected it to hold up longer than one wash. Cute at first, but the quality just wasn’t there.

Returning the item itself was straightforward, and I did appreciate that part. But the refund took way longer than expected, I was waiting for weeks and had to keep following up, which got really frustrating. They did eventually sort it out, so I’m glad it was resolved in the end, but the wait definitely left a bad impression

"I really liked how this swimsuit looked..."
I really liked how this swimsuit looked online, but in person the fabric felt kind of thin and cheaper than I expected. Compared to other swimsuits I’ve bought around the same price, this one just didn’t feel as soft or sturdy. After one wash, it already seemed a little stretched out, so it wasn’t really worth it for me.

"Looked cute, but the fabric was a no for me"
I really wanted to like this swimsuit because it does look nice, at least at first glance. But once I put it on, I was like, okay... why does this feel so rough? The material was kind of stiff and scratchy against my skin, not soft or comfortable like I was hoping. I only wore it for a little while before it started making me itch, and at that point I just wanted to take it off. So yeah, cute in photos maybe, but comfort-wise it definitely didn’t work for me.

I ordered from ivyswimwear.com and had a question I needed help with, but getting in touch with customer service was difficult. I sent a couple of emails and waited a few days, but I didn’t really get a helpful response back.
The ordering part was quick and easy, so it was a little disappointing when things went quiet afterward. I’m not saying the shop is terrible, but based on this experience, I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Returning it was way more of a hassle than I expected"
I don’t know, maybe I missed something obvious, but trying to return my order was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The instructions weren’t very clear, and it took a while to hear back from anyone. I just wanted to do a simple return, but it felt like I had to keep following up to get anything moving. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it really shouldn’t have been that complicated.

"Cute stuff, but the sizing was a letdown"
I found a few styles I really liked, but the size range just doesn’t work well for bigger bodies. Of course I realized this right when I needed something to wear soon, so the timing was extra frustrating. Cute options, just not very inclusive

"Frustrating website experience"
I tried to place an order, but the site was a pain to use. The pages took forever to load, and the checkout kept glitching every time I tried again. After a few tries, I just gave up. Personally, I wouldn’t bother using it again unless they fix the website.

"I was excited when my bikini from..."
I was excited when my bikini from ivyswimwear.com arrived because it looked really cute!! But after only about 3 wears, the stitching started coming apart and the fabric got all weird and stretched out. I always rinsed it after swimming and wasn’t rough with it at all, so that was disappointing. For the price, I definitely expected it to hold up longer. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"shipping took forever"
The suit itself was okay, no real complaints there, but wow the shipping was slow... the tracking barely changed the whole time and it ended up arriving way later than I thought it would. Not a huge disaster or anything, just annoying

"Not how I remembered it looking"
I might be remembering the site photos a little too generously, but I swear this swimsuit looked way brighter and more flattering online. When I opened it, the colors seemed dull and the shape just wasn’t what I had in mind. I was disappointed because it didn’t feel like the same swimsuit I thought I was ordering.

I thought this swimsuit looked really cute online, so I was hoping it would feel a little more special for the price. In person, it’s not bad, but the material feels thinner than I expected and the fit just wasn’t quite right on me. Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there, but personally I’ve found similar swimsuits for less that felt just as good or better. It’s not a terrible buy, I just didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

"The discount details felt misleading"
I saw a promo and figured I’d give it a try, but once I got to checkout, it didn’t work the way it seemed like it would. The rules around the discount were confusing and only became clear right at the end, which doesn’t feel very fair. If I had known the actual terms upfront, I probably wouldn’t have ordered. It left a bad taste and made the whole experience frustrating

I’m disappointed with this swimsuit. The description made it seem like one thing, but what showed up felt completely different. The color didn’t look like the photos, and the fit details were way off, which is frustrating because that’s the kind of stuff I rely on when ordering online. Overall, not a great experience
